Below are some writing examples (6-7pages) from various scripts written in different genres to show we KNOW what we are doing here.
Just like in grade school we were taught to show our work or in present day, to legitimize something we show "receipts."
Consider this just that.
Genre: Psychological Thriller
Logline: Patterns of events fall too close for comfort, a psychiatrist is forced to live out her nightmares in her dreams.
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Logline: A tightwad corporate employee joins the dating scene with his friend, who creates a dating app that could change.
Genre: TV Dramedy/Procedural
Logline: In the world of law, he's the wild card—the guy who plays by his own rules, using street smarts and a knack for exploiting legal loopholes. As the lines between right and wrong blur, one thing's for sure: he's a force to be reckoned with.
Genre: Holiday Romance
Logline: Inheriting more than just her father's fortune, a woman races against the clock to find love before her inheritance slips away.
Genre: Romance Drama
Logline: In 'Yarbrough Heights,' love comes easy, but building a life together demands everything money can't buy. When is love enough?
